Budget car rental

Très bonne expérience avec Budget. Quasiment aucune attente, tout est clairement expliqué. Nous avons été surclassés, la voiture que nous avons eue était en parfait état. Personnel très aimable. Attention à bien suivre les indications données en agence afin de configurer correctement le GPS pour le trajet de retour du véhicule.

Prise en charge de la gare pour les papiers, le garage est à 3min à pied, voiture nickel et agréable et retour idem

Picked up our car today without a problem. All went smoothly. Was a bit concerned by the bad reviews but we had a very easy collection. Car is new and so far running very well. Following up on this at the end of the rental we returned the car to the drop off point and again had no problems. Staff were helpful and efficient.

Horrible experience. This happened on August 23rd. We arrived at the required time for the car return. We communicated that we had been trying to refuel at the 3 gas stations nearby, but that one of permanently closed, one malfunctioning, and the third temporarily closed due to refuel. The Budget employee (!) told us that they didn't need the car immediately, so we could without problems go back to the gas station and wait to be able to refuel the car. We did so, and we came back to the garage to return the car. Afterwards, we realized that due to the delay of 0.7 hours (42 minutes) which was caused by the suggestion of the Budget's employee himself, they charged us one more day of rental! Have raised this to customer support but have been now ignored for more than a week. Never again with Budget!

Zero problems with any part of the rental process. The staff were polite and efficient. My car was literally brand new.
