Staff was helpful and got the rental quickly and efficiently. Travellers should be mindful that BVE is a very small airport and office hours are unusual. Helps if you speak a bit of french too.

"Booked" a car but they simply weren't open when we arrived. Global helpdesk assured us they'd arrive for their next shift, we just had to 2 hours, and everything would be fine. No one showed. Non-responsive (local) french number. Impossible to get a refund or discuss in detail with french-only speaking service. Untrustworthy. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

To return my car the gates were closed and nobody there… just parked the car close enough to the side of the road and dropped my keys into a box on the side of the building - I hope they got the car, they at least have the keys 🤷🏻‍♀️

we rented a car with my wife at Europcar. On arrival I was served by a young woman whose friendliness was nonexistent. she was more concerned about taking care of her daughter who was about as bad as her mother. I thought I was in a daycare rather than a rental agency. Of all the hirers present in the local, it was the only one to have this behavior the next time I would go to the competition.

DISGUSTING Hired a car in August, paid for premium insurance only to have 80Euros taken from my credit card. We cleaned the car. Always take photos they will take your money any way they can. Do not use them.
