Fuyez ce loueur ! Il vous arnaque en dissimulant les impacts carrosserie lors de la réception qu’il fait volontairement dans l’obscurité. Au retour il vous facture ce qu’il a caché pour vous pomper malhonnêtement de l’argent. En moins d’une minute le coût est annoncé et votre compte est débité. Vous ne pouvez même pas émettre des réserves. Bande voleurs !

0 Stars!! Rent somewhere else! Inconvenience that we did not need !! Two months before arrival at the time of booking I had the option to book a full electric car that was about 20 euro cheaper or a petrol car. Because of the mileage that we were planning of doing we believed an electric car would not do so we booked a petrol car for half a day 10am – 6:30pm. When we arrived on site 15 min early we are told that they did not have a petrol car for us of any type and they only had a full electric car. We advised them of what we needed the car for and the assured us that the electric car will make it there and back without any issues. That was not the case as we barely made it there and after a full charge barely made it back. When we arrived back to the office at 5:55pm to drop off the car, there was no one there and the office was closed. We called the after hours number as no instructions were given of how to drop off the car if the office was closed and we were expecting the office to be open, however no one answered the phone or called us back to this day. On top of that we got charged 35 euro extra for what we don’t know on the day of pickup and they have a hold of 500 euro on our CC and although we have called them a number of times and Europcar have advised us that was all ok and the 500 will be released within the next 5-10 days ….. 20 days later and still not released. After writing/emailing we received an email saying that there is nothing that they can do directly and to contact our bank for compensation….. What a joke. Rent somewhere else!

Verbrenner gebucht und E-auto für einen Tagesausflug bekommen. Leider völlig ungeeignet für weite Distanzen und das kurzfristige umorganisieren des ganzen Tages ist kaum möglich.
