Review: 7/24 Car Rental Service via CarJet** I recently booked a car rental service through the CarJet website for my trip from Istanbul Airport from April 19, 2024, to May 3, 2024. The reservation was made with the 7/24 car rental company through CarJet, where I had specifically selected a Peugeot 2008 for my rental needs. Upon my arrival at Istanbul Airport, I was surprised to find out that the 7/24 car rental company's office was located 15 km away from the airport, despite being advertised as an airport-based service. Additionally, I was informed that they were unable to provide the Peugeot 2008 that I had reserved and instead offered me a Dacia Duster for my transportation needs. Despite completing my work in Istanbul ahead of schedule and returning the car on April 22, 2024, the 7/24 car rental company has refused to issue a refund for the service that was not delivered as agreed upon. This lack of transparency and misrepresentation of their location raises concerns about their credibility and the accuracy of their advertising. Furthermore, my attempts to seek assistance from CarJet in resolving this issue have been unsuccessful, leaving me feeling stranded without support in a frustrating situation. In conclusion, my experience with the 7/24 car rental service arranged through CarJet has been marred by misrepresentation of their location, failure to provide the reserved vehicle, and refusal to refund for the unfulfilled service. I caution future customers to be wary of such discrepancies and recommend exploring alternative car rental options to avoid potential inconvenience and disappointment.

I do NOT recommend! They are stealing money. I booked the car with automatic transmission, and when I arrived they were no available car. The company Sixt cancelled my booking and now CarJet doesn’t want to return my money. I don’t recommend anyone!
