No problems or issues - although there was a queue of about 6 people waiting to hire a car so we had to wait 30-45 mins for our turn, we were dealt with very quickly and efficiently - the two cars we were offered were superb and a joy to drive - spotlessly clean and nearly brand new. Our return procedure was easy and there were no hidden costs added to our hire price. Would I use them again - certainly! Until the next time.

Brilliant customer service, being uneasy about renting a car in a different country the staff were patient and talked through everything with us. They also spent a lot of time with me at the car noting any damage already on the car to ensure we didn't get charged. Would definitely use them again

I had a very easy and fast pick-up. I was given a free upgrade even though I do not rent cars often. The staff were professional and helpful. The price, through Expedia, was very fair. Biard is a very small airport and the Sixt desk is only open when flights are arriving. At the end of the rental I left the car in the car park and the keys in the key box on the rental desk. When I turned on my phone after my plane landed there was an email confirming the good condition of the vehicle.

The usual friendly and professional team member at Poitiers Airport. Very happy with the service and looking forward to my next trip when I’ll rent from Sixt again.

Easy and super quick pick up and drop off. Within minutes of landing we were on the road. Excellent service.
