Thrifty Rent a Car

Après location d'un véhicule, rendu à l'agence Beauvais Aéroport sans encombres, réception du reçu de location par email, tout va bien. Sauf que la caution est toujours bloquée sur ma carte bancaire, et cela après les 15 jours réglementaires. Impossible de joindre l'agence par téléphone, visiblement répondre au téléphone ne fait pas partie de leurs attributions... Obligé de contacter les relations consommateur de Hertz France par email. Belles voitures, mais service déplorable.

il y a plus d'un mois, j'ai loué une voiture pour quelques jours et je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma caution. le contact avec eux est très difficile. je ne recommande pas

Nice and clean car, helpful employee, price as expected, money charged in my ,credit card for warranty returned in 5 days. I would rent again. 4 stars because I returned the car Sunday and the office was closed. I had to leave the keys in a box . In general, don't damage the car , clean it before you return it (was very clean when I took it) , full the tank and you will have a smooth experience. Moreover lower prices than the other offices in the area. They gave me a better car than the one I have rented for free. Leaving the car in the parking and keys in a box made me nervous, but after all happy customer. I would rent again.

Very pleasant experience, the car was new, the staff was friendly and professional, no problems whatsoever. Recommended.

Kaution war 300€ im Vertrag der Buchung über das Portal. Vor Ort wollte man dann 1050€ haben! Begründung die Geschäftsbedingungen von vor 1h über die Buchungsseite wären ungültig! Wir hatten nicht genug Limit auf der Kreditkarte aber das Auto war schon bezahlt.

Totally different from beloved Thrifty in the UK. They ask for credit card with the drivers name for caution - something that is not written in the booking receipt - and rudely insist that it is normal. Car is different from the one selected. We almost failed to take any car. Lots of energy and nerves left in this place. Rent better from other airports. Beauvais is not Paris, is a city 1.5 hours to the north....
